This gallery on the Col­lege for Cre­a­tive Stu­dies (CCS) campus is intended to give stu­dents prac­ti­cal experience in managing an art gallery. Some­times called "U245 Student-Run Gallery." The other CCS galleries are the Char­ach Fam­i­ly Gal­leries and the Valade Fam­i­ly Gal­lery.

Very amateurish operation, with spo­rad­ic sup­port from the college administration. The cam­pus se­cu­ri­ty guards seem to be unaware that this gallery even exists. You might have to walk around the whole perimeter of the building once to even find any indication of where the gallery is.
