MW Gallery is the permanent home of the Mott-Warsh Collection, with a stated mission of exhibiting artists of the African diaspora. I had at first incorrectly classified this gallery as a museum.

Gallery hours are on Thursdays and Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., extended to 9:00 p.m on the second Friday of each month, Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and by appointment.

Current exhibition

• Hand in Hand, various artists including Carole Harris. Opened September 8 and slated to run to January 20. Carole Harris will have a gallery talk on December 9 at 2:00 p.m.

Will probably be announced in December.

On March 1, 2018, coordinating with What Pipeline from Detroit, MW Gallery hosted "an evening with Pope.L in Flint," to present to the United Way of Genessee County the proceeds from the Flint Water Project.
