The exhibition schedule for this year is expected to proceed at a much slower tempo than last year.
May 31 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time is the deadline to apply for the 2026 Womxnhouse artist residency (see External Links below). Artists will be notified in June. The selected artists will start their residency in July for a 3-month project. This means the 2026 Womxnhouse exhibit can't happen before October.
The gallery is partly sponsoring art and wellness experiences at Robert C. Valade Park in Detroit three Wednesdays in May: 6, 13 and 20, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. It's at 2670 Atwater.
