M Contemporary Art
205 E. Nine Mile Road
Ferndale MI 48220
Across the street from the Ferndale Public Library, M Contemporary Art is on the same block as a tattoo shop and an improv theater, and in the same building as the Conserva, 3Winks and Lofts on 9.
The main exhibition space is a roughly square area with a single column near the middle, most of which is visible from the outside through the glass front.
This gallery is owned and directed by Melanie Chard, who used to be the artistic director of Galerie Camille in Detroit. It seems likely that some of the artists who have exhibited at Galerie Camille will exhibit at M Contemporary Art in the future, and at Galerie Camille again.
Gallery hours are on Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and by appointment.

There was an exhibit of John McLaughlin's paintings at Spacelab Detroit that opened in 2017. I don't consider this an actual M Contemporary Art exhibit, but it is listed in the past exhibitions section of the gallery's website (linked below).
